Foreign travel checklist: Part 2

Travelling can be challenging, especcially when you didn’t make an effort to do a little research and prepare yourself to it. of courese, you can not be aware of all challenging situations that can occure during your trip, but resuming the travel experience and some advices on this topic you can define couple general recomendations. I made my own list of such advices. The first part of them you can fing in my foreign travel checklist!

Not only do travelers take a lot of stress in advance, also for the holiday itself.  Renting a car at hertz car rental orlando will also be an added advantage as to plan to travel.

Here are the rest of my tips what you should do before the trip:

11. CHECKLIST BACKPACK

Check that there are no gaps between your route and what you are carrying. Travel lightly with only the essentials!

12. PASSPORT

Make sure your passport is valid. In some countries, such as Thailand, your passport will still have to be valid for 6 months after the date of return.

14. TELL A FRIEND OR RELATIVE OF YOUR TRIP

I too liked the movie Into The Wild (see the top 10 best travel movies ), but avoid complications. Notify a loved one or relative of your itinerary. Leave, why not, a trace on Facebook.

15. SPEAK THE LANGUAGE

It is always very useful to know a few words of the language of the country you are visiting, whether it is to negotiate a prize or to make people laugh, it always has a positive effect! Many mobile apps are also available for free and will allow you to learn a few simple sentences. I advise you to read the article by Fabien, who learns foreign languages while traveling around the world! He is in his fifth language!

16. TEST YOUR EQUIPMENT

Test your travel gear before leaving. This will allow you to check that nothing is broken, to familiarize you with your business and thus to save time during your travels.

17. LIST OF YOUR EQUIPMENT

Make a list of all your belongings (camera, computer etc.) for your insurance.

18. INVOICE

Make sure you have terminated the contract of your mobile phone and all your bills to avoid paying in the void when you leave.

19. MAIL

Have someone pick up your mail for you!
If you are an entrepreneur or a professional, do not hesitate to call on virtual office services.

2O. ACCOMMODATION

Organize your first nights abroad. Look up for best deals of booking on your spot online or ask your travel agent to do that.

A good preparation is already half the recreational value of the entire holiday.
